In 2022, Gabrielle Giroux was selected as one of 13 emerging artists across Canada to design limited-edition holiday boxes for Purolator, celebrating Canadian traditions and landscapes. The theme for the holiday boxes was sharing meals and holiday traditions, and Purolator supported local food banks to ensure nutritious meals for all during the holidays. Gabrielle's design focused on a unique aspect of Saskatchewan—its northern region—and the Athabasca Denesuline culture. Her artwork highlighted the traditional practice of sharing one’s harvest during the holiday season, which strengthens community bonds and embodies the spirit of giving.
