In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Celeigh Cardinal reached out to Gabrielle Giroux to design the single artwork for her cover of "Ahead by a Century." Inspired by the pandemic's emphasis on mask-wearing and how people were mostly seeing each other's eyes, the artwork was built using selfies Cardinal had posted on social media. The resulting collage focused on Celeigh’s eyes, creating a powerful and intimate connection with listeners while reflecting the surreal nature of the time.
