In 2023, UBC Press contacted Encore Graphics to design a professional, visually appealing, and engaging business sustainability plan for RavenSpace, a multimedia publisher of community-based works in Indigenous studies. The project, based at the University of British Columbia Press, required a cohesive design that aligned with RavenSpace’s brand identity. Encore Graphics utilized a custom gradient built from RavenSpace’s brand colors and incorporated striking photos of ravens throughout the document. The final design featured thoughtfully arranged layouts, icons for skimmers, and well-placed text boxes and sidebars to enhance readability, resulting in a polished, user-friendly document.
