This unique monthly moon time menstrual tracker integrates Indigenous knowledge, tips, teachings, and games, providing a holistic and culturally relevant resource. The zine was designed to offer guidance and empowerment through the lens of Mohawk traditions, making it a meaningful tool for menstrual health education.
