In 2022, the Winnipeg Humane Society partnered with Encore Graphics to bring their vision for the One Health project to life. One Health is built around the goal of fostering reconciliation by building trust, co-creating, and delivering community-focused programming in underserved areas. The project highlights the connection between animal and human health through clinics that serve both Northern/remote communities and internal clinics. The logo designed by Encore Graphics emphasizes this vital link by featuring the silhouettes of a dog, a human hand, and a flower, the latter paying homage to Indigenous beaded flower motifs. This thoughtful design symbolizes the connection between human and animal well-being while honouring Indigenous traditions.
